    Established in 1919, M Nockels is the longest serving business in Scarborough Market Hall and the longest established butcher in Scarborough. Mark Nockels specialises in supplying locally-sourced fresh meat and poultry, bacon and sausages.

  • Holme Farmed Venison

    HFV Parkland and Wild produce prime venison from sustainably sourced wild deer reared naturally in the countryside and traditional parks across the UK. Primarily using Fallow and Red Deer, as well as other species if required.

  • Hodgson Fish

    W Hodgson was established in 1916 as a family-business in the fishing port of Hartlepool, Fishing revolved around Whiting, Haddock, Cod and Plaice which dominated the slabs.

    Hodgson Fish is now the largest independent fish merchant in the North of England.
